Integral Coaching
Integral Coaching works with the whole person — mind, body, heart, and spirit — to help you live from a deeper place of clarity, purpose, and authentic presence.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."
— Carl Rogers
About Nathan
I live in Tucson, Arizona with my wife and two middle-school aged sons, and I came to coaching through a winding path that I think makes me a better companion for the people I work with.
Before coaching, I spent seven years in the field of organ and tissue donation — work that placed me alongside grieving families in their most difficult moments, supporting them to make their best decision in their worst moment. That experience shaped something in me about what it means to truly hold space for another person. I am also an ordained minister in the Presbyterian Church and served a small congregation in Colorado for eight years. And I currently work part-time as a spiritual wellness provider at Canyon Ranch, a wellness resort here in Tucson, where I continue to bring the whole-person approach to my work every day.
I embarked on coaching just last year, and I came to it because of the profound impact my own mentor coach had in bringing vitality back into my life. That experience is something I carry into every session — a deep appreciation for what it means to be accompanied rather than advised, and a genuine love for the practice of Integral Coaching® because it allows me to support a person holistically, with fullness of mind, heart, body, and spirit.
Outside of coaching, I enjoy playing tennis, listening to music (mostly dance music, though I’m always open to whatever my boys are into), being a companion to my two dogs, soaking up the Tucson desert, and exploring the dimensions of spirituality that continue to shape and surprise me.
“I love this practice because it allows me to support and accompany a person holistically — with fullness of mind, heart, body, and spirit.”

A 30-minute conversation to explore your goals, understand the coaching methodology, and sense whether we're a good fit.
02
A deep intake that maps your current way of being — the strengths, the edges, and what's quietly calling for change.
